Stressed out lately?Why not make yourself a fresh pot of a green tea of your choice to help with the strain.Yes,so i do sound like an advertisement but its all true.Studies show that green tea may help with stress. The study found that drinking green tea may reduce psychological stress by as much as 20%. In this study of over 40,000 Japanese people, 6.6% suffered from psychological stress. Of course this will only apply to the proper stuff.no green tea late or green tea flavored drinks will do.
